GIVEN THE BOOT (Who’d Have Th-runk?)

Some “boots were made for walking
And that’s just what they’ll do”
But these boots ‘ere have grown stalks n’
Green ferns in them & taken root
Sitting atop a trunk
Who’d have thunk?
How very shrewd?!
