With the dose of Covid & a foot injury during the past month, running has definitely been an exercise in keeping going of late. Motivation hasn’t been the same so have really had to push myself to get out there. So this quote is quite apt. So, whatever you’re doing or struggling with doing today keep going. You’ll come out the other side. πππ€π
RUNNING: KEEP GOING

Covid and a foot injury? Man, that does not sound fun. I hope you’re feeling better.

No fun at all Kristian. Ha! π The foot injury came first. Then a week after I had recovered from that I got Covid. So running has been a real exercise in motivation lately. πββοΈπ€£

Be well Ken! COVID is no fun at all. I’m going in for my next booster (the trivalent one) in 2 weeks – I really don’t want to get sick again!

The Tuesday after Stephen’s Day or Boxing Day as ye would call it. The cough is the toughest thing to shake.

I tested positive for nearly 3-weeks. The cough took a month to shake. Itβs the pits having to sleep sitting upright. Are you having to do that?
