BLOG GOALS FOR THE WEEK AHEAD

Afternoon folks! Hope ye all had a lovely weekend! πŸ™πŸ€žπŸ˜ Welcome back to my weekly Blog Goals for the Week Ahead where I set out my blog schedule and creative goals for the coming week. Hope it helps inspire you all! πŸ€žπŸ™πŸ˜

From the first Monday of the New Year, I’ll be adding something extra to my running quotes posts with personal quotes or lessons I’ve learned from my running experiences since I began running again. Having already posted my 1st motivational running quote of the week, we’ll get cracking with Tuesday’s line up!

First up will, hopefully, be my response to Sadje’s latest #WhatDoYouSee #WDYS Poetry Image Prompt. If you want to participate in the prompt then you can access it through the following link:

https://lifeafter50forwomen.com/2022/12/05/what-do-you-see-163-5th-december22/

This will be followed up by

On Wednesday I’ll be posting the 2nd of my motivational running quotes of the week with ye which will be followed up by the d’Verse Poetics Prompt which always provides an intriguing & thought provoking challenge! 😁

On Thursday, I’ll finally be getting around to reciting UNFORGIVING SUN for my Throwback Thursday series of Poetry Readings. Kids were out sick last week so it’s difficult to record anything when they’re home. No complaints though as that’s how things go sometimes. And they needed the rest. And perhaps zomwth

Then on Friday, I hope to make a return to my Poetry Quotes Blog where I select a couple of poetry quotes that speak to me; break them down; analyse them and apply the lessons learned to our lives as poets and readers alike. This is of course after my 3rd inspirational running quote of the week.

On Saturday, I’ll be responding to some poetry prompts, be they Ragtag Daily Prompts; Moonwashed Weekly Prompt or Weave Written Weekly so keep an eye out for that. This of course will precede my final motivational running quote of the week.

It’ll all be rounded up by my weekly Sunday Blog Recap with links to all the blogs I posted during the previous week. But I’ll be allowing for more flexibility in my posts from now on because and in case things don’t go as planned. Until next Monday, mind yourselves; stay creative and take care. πŸ€žπŸ™πŸ˜
