RUNNING: THE NEW BEST PART OF WAKING UP!

Absolutely yes to this, it’s surprisingly addictive! πŸ‘πŸ˜ Saying that, I’ll never fully get rid of the coffee out of my life. Ha! πŸ˜›πŸ˜‚β˜•

  1. This is the perfect analogy. Although, I think I have always loved the taste and aroma of coffee. I do have a love/hate relationship with running, but I’ll always do it for that “runners high.”

    1. Thanks Kristian, glad you can relate to it! πŸ™πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ For me, I used to always used to associate drinking and the smell of coffee with sobering up. My mum, god rest her soul, used to give it to me to sober me up when I was young & came in drunk. So I hated it untill in my early 30’s a friend of mine suggested a mocha and I haven’t looked back since. β˜•πŸ˜›πŸ˜ As for running, the funny thing is I used to hate long distance running when I was a teenager, I preferred track & field sprinting. Now I’m addicted to the high, as you said, that I get from it. πŸ˜πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

      1. Oh, well I can fully appreciate the power of a good mocha! πŸ˜†

Yoga is by far my favorite form of exercise, and dance is my favorite cardio. However, running burns the most amount of calories in the shortest amount of time, so it’s my typical morning routine! Yes, there’s nothing quite like that post-run feeling!! Except when paired with coffee! πŸ˜‰πŸ˜

      2. Ah, a kindred mocha spirit! πŸ‘πŸ˜›πŸ˜ Oh, I love dancing. Can’t get me off the floor once I get going. 🎢😁 Yeh, morning time is the best time to run I think in terms of calorie burning and how it helps your focus for the rest of the day! πŸ‘πŸ˜
