Afternoon folks! Welcome to the first day of a new week; a new month and my regular Blog Goals for the Week Ahead where I set out my blog schedule and creative goals for the coming week. Hope you all had a lovely weekend! π€ππ
Later on today, I plan on sharing a special motivational running quote blog celebrating 6 months to the day since I started back running seriously. It’s titled: RUNNING INTO JOY and talks about why I did and what keeps me going! π
On Tuesday I will post my first poem of the week. It’s called HIDING IN THE SHADOWS which was also written during my 2 week blogging hiatus. And perhaps I will write something inspired by the the guys over at dVerse all going well?! π€π
On Wednesday I will share my 2nd motivational running quote of the week for ye. Later on that day, I will be posting my 2nd poetic offering of the week based on Sadjeβs latest #WhatDoYouSee #WDYS Poetry Image Prompt which you can access through the following link: https://lifeafter50forwomen.com/2022/08/01/what-do-you-see-145-august-1-2022/
On Thursday, we’ll be taking our weekly trip down movie memory lane with some more re-views of my old cinema reviews from 2007. This week we’ll be looking back at the buzz surrounding Dreamworks animation BEE MOVIE and get caught up in ENCHANTED’s spell.
Then, on Friday I’ll be sharing my 3rd inspirational running quote of the week with ye guys and my final poem of the week: RUN RABBIT RUN
On Saturday, I’ll be sharing my latest reflection on some favourite poetry quotes of mine while on Sunday we’ll wrap it all up with my weekly Blog catch up: SUNDAY MORNING BLOG RECAP

Good to have a schedule for the week. I like the title of your last poem of the week. Is it inspired by John Updikeβs book? I enjoy his writing.

Thanks Nitin, I like having a schedule for the week ahead. Gives me a focus. No, at least not intentionally anyways. π Inspired by my early morning run where I encounter rabbits every morning on my route. ππ
